What is the IMTOS Automatic Retractable Car Sunshade?
The IMTOS Automatic Retractable Car Sunshade is a compact windshield sunshade designed to stay installed inside your vehicle. Simply pull it across the windshield when parked, and press to retract it automatically when you're ready to drive.
Pull to Shade. Press to Retract.
How does the automatic retractable sunshade work?
It's simple:
Park → Pull → Shade
When you're ready to drive, release the safety lock and press the retract button. The sunshade automatically rolls back into its compact housing.
There's no need to fold, roll, or store a traditional sunshade after every use.
Will it fit my vehicle?
IMTOS sunshades are available for compatible vehicle makes and models.

Does it block the driver's view?
No. When properly installed and fully retracted, the sunshade is positioned discreetly beneath the front headliner and is designed not to obstruct the driver's normal field of view.
The windshield shade should only be extended while the vehicle is parked.
Does it need to be removed after each use?
No. That's one of the main advantages of the IMTOS design.
The system stays neatly installed inside your vehicle, so there's no need to repeatedly install, remove, fold, or store the sunshade.
How do I install it?
The IMTOS sunshade uses a secure suspended mounting system designed for convenient installation inside the vehicle.
Installation may vary depending on the vehicle model. Please follow the installation instructions provided with your product or the installation guide available on our website.
What is the sunshade made of?
The shade uses a dual-layer composite fabric designed for automotive use.
It combines a durable flame-retardant base fabric with a silver-ion heat-reflective coating to provide effective sunlight and heat protection.
Does it help keep the car cooler?
The reflective shade helps reduce direct solar heat entering through the windshield, which can help reduce heat buildup inside a parked vehicle.
Actual interior temperature will vary depending on outside temperature, sunlight intensity, vehicle color, windshield size, parking duration, and other conditions.
Does it provide UV protection?
The sunshade is designed to help block sunlight and reduce UV exposure through the windshield.
We avoid claiming a specific UV-blocking percentage unless supported by applicable product testing.
Will it protect my car interior?
By reducing direct sunlight entering through the windshield, the sunshade can help reduce prolonged sun exposure to dashboards, screens, steering wheels, seats, and other interior surfaces.
Is the fabric flame-retardant?
The base fabric is designed using flame-retardant material suitable for automotive applications.
Please note that “flame-retardant” does not mean fireproof. The product should always be kept away from open flames and other direct ignition sources.
Does the sunshade take up much space?
No. The retractable system is designed to be slim and compact.
When retracted, it stays neatly inside the vehicle without requiring the storage space normally needed for folding or umbrella-style windshield sunshades.
Can I use the sunshade while driving?
No. The windshield sunshade should be fully retracted before driving.
Never drive with the sunshade extended across the windshield or positioned in a way that obstructs your field of vision.
What if I order the wrong vehicle model or size?

If your order has not yet shipped, we will try to update it.
If the product has already been delivered, eligible returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. For returns caused by selecting the wrong vehicle model or size, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

If we confirm that the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
What is your return policy?
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
Products should be unused, complete, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
